I was given this number to call. The caller claims it is from a town called Ighalo. But did not give the name of the state, or country. I would like to know if this number is from Boise, Idaho, USA. Or from a foreign country. If it is to a foreigh country, what is the country's name.

The number originates in Idaho but that doesn't mean the call does. The number could be spoofed by a foreign scammer so there's no way to know for certain where it originated.
Who gave you the number and why were you supposed to call it?
