When I answered, nobody replied.

A guy with an accent called, I thought he was Arabic or Asian. He pretended to be IRS agent filing a lawsuit. I told him to go ahead. He became upset and started screaming in English-Arabic mix, cursing me and saying he would beat me up, with sprinkling of "insa allah" or "insha allah". May be a terrorist trying to raise money for guns and bombs and violence.

IRS scam. Called on a cell phone to inform me the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me.
