Call came in on Land Line, Caller ID showed it to be a Wireless Caller.  It was Card Services - with an offer to lower Interest Rates on my credit cards.  Did not fall for these "snakes in the grass" ploy.  I put the receiver down and waited for the disconnect to beep.
