called my business and a man answered:" ah, wrong number" so I did hang up.

Received a phone call from 208 489-8699. Phone display said the call was from "Boise Independent." I answered and someone who sounded like a teenage boy said, "Oh, wrong number." I hung up.

Same thing. It's an illegal call and should be punished.

Caller ID just showed the phone number. Since I did not recognize the number, I let the answering system take the call. But, no message was recorded.
