Called LAN line at my parents. Knew name (probably because number was listed in phone book?) He had foreign accent. Hung up on him because didn't know him.

Called and kept asking for my name and how to spell it. Stated that he (in a heavy foreign accent) was from western health services, but wouldn't say what he wanted.
