I transcribed the message: “[my name in a recording, like your announced name in a voicemail set-up], I’m contacting you from the process and summons division. I’m calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you in your town [or county]. It looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your Social Security number. [my name recorded], I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address your charges prior to them being filed against you. You will need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you are served, your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is QP27125 [recorded]. Their telephone number is 614-340-8031 [recorded]. You will need to speak to someone in their legal department.” Note they don't identify their company. They also call from (614) 340-8031. They called my number the first week with someone else's name in the recorded message and then the following week they called from this number, but with my name in the recorded message. This is a scam to get you to give them your Social Security number/personal information.
Ask them are they aware of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (look this up so you'll know what it is) and that you did not give them your number and you want them to stop calling you immediately.
