Just received a robo-call from "Carmen at Cardholder Services". She wanted to lower my credit card interest rates. This would be my last notice. Somehow I don't believe her. My numbers are on the DNC, which we know doesn't stop these folks. Area code is in Idaho. Caller ID says "Cell Phone ID"
