Got a call from this number at work -- said he was Jake from a construction company and was looking for the owner of our company (he knew his name too).  I told him he wasn't in - he asked for his cell phone - I told him I wasn't at liberty to give it out and asked if I could take a message.  He said sure!...and proceeded to hum a circus tune in my ear and hang up the phone.  Awesome sauce.

This person has been calling my wife's cell phone several times a week for months. I finally called him and told him to stop calling and he said that he was "going to open up a can of whoop [***] on me."
