The FCC has NOTHING to do with this. The Do Not Call registry is used only by LEGITIMATE telemarketers.  The spammers do not have anything to do with it.  The "good" telemarketers submit their lists to the FCC and those lists are scrubbed of numbers whose owners have requested not to be called.

The FCC did NOT release cell phone numbers.  That's a myth.

Yep, it's the card service scammers calling on another one of their phoney numbers trying to fool is into giving them our credit card numbers so they can use it for their own purposes.

This is a telemarketer call.   Am on the Do Not Call List.  Why do they keep calling?  What good does it do to have a Do Not Call List who's agency does NOTHING when it's violated?

Credit card bs again!  You can't block them, because they spoof numbers from all over.  CALL THE FTC AND DEMAND THEY START DOING THEIR F*CKING JOBS!  HOUND THE FTC BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES GETTING PAID TO STOP THIS KIND OF BS!  HOUND THEM UNTIL THEY FINALLY TAKE ACTION!
