i received a call but didn't answer.  they left no message.  i'm guessing it's another [***] politician calling for votes.

They have called me several times a week for over two weeks now. They do not leave a real message but do stay on the line long enough for a 5 second silent voicemail to be left. Internet search says this number is a cell phone/mobile device and that the number is based in Moscow, ID. I don't have any business or contacts in that area so there's no legitimate reason they should be calling me.
