I filed a complaint with the FCC about a company that has called before 9 am in the morning.  Nowhere in the files says anything about that.  In 30 days I had 16 calls out of 65 calls.

Called my cell - did not recognize the number - did not answer. They did not leave a message and when I call back the number is not in service

Calling back gets you an "All circuits are busy" recording. Most likely the asshats Card Services. This is getting ridiculous and has to be stopped.
