just got a call from this number - a woman says something in Spanish (which I don't speak and don't understand) while lots of background noise is heard. call then ends.

I just got a call from this number. The voice is a woman speaking spanish, then alot of background noise. I hung up when I realized it was a recording, then tried to call it back. I received the message "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service." 207 is the area code for Maine.
