Indian lady - couldn't understand her very well - "trying to find out if you eligible for a a refund" - hung up as it's bound to be a scam

Called me today 29 October 2012.  Very difficult to understand the accent, but something about a refund.

This number keeps calling. It must be a hunting system as there is a period of silence before it connects at their end.  Has anyone any idea who it is before I unleash the abuse at them?

I got a call today form this number - a delay before anyone spoke, then an Indian chap saying he was from 'customer lifestyle' he had my address and home telephone number (which is ex- directory) - when I asked how he got my details he said that someone from my household had either completed a telephone or internet survey. I asked around and no-one had so i told him to remove me from his database before I report hime and he reluctantly said that he would and then hung up

...me again!
