The scamming scumbags in Portland are busy this time of year.  For over a month I've been repeatedly called by an unscrupulous veteran's "charity" but today it was "Breast Cancer C."  These turds were nice enough to call at 8:45AM!  Judging by their MO and after reading comments on other scam reporting sites, this is probably the same bunch of reprobates behind the Foundation for American Vets calls.  They masquerade as a worthwhile charity to line their own pockets.  https://disqus.com/home/discussion/vitaminw/b ... k_types/newest/

Thanks.  I have been getting calls from UNITED BREAST C in the caller I.D.  The same number as your BREAST CANCER C.  Without a doubt they are scammers.  I do not answer those calls.  I pick up and immediately hang up.  I have chosen to turn off the answering machine for a spell.  I don't care if the phone rings if I'm absent.
Do not answer their calls.  If you do, hang up immediately.  Scammers for sure.
