was at work when my cell phone rang, i looked at the number and didnt recognize it so i decided to let voice mail get it, they didnt leave a message and when i called it back a got a "not in service" recording. i came home, looked it up, and found this site. if they are trying to run a scam, apparently they are spoofing through this number since it apparently is not in service
