Received call from this #. Message was a political announcement from an organization called "Winning Families Win" encouraging me to call local representative about voting on some issue.

The call was a political propaganda message. It encourages people to call their Congressman and harass them.  The issue is over the Young Eagles program, which virtually no one has ever heard of.  
Apparently, the Family Research Council are behind these calls.
My caller ID said "Restricted" but I traced it to 207-688-0000 in  Pownal, ME.

Without anything but the city and state as ID, I didn't answer.  No voicemail left.

This number called and left a very nasty political statement. I want to find out who it is so I can prosecute.

LIKE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH STUPIDITY IN THE WORLD ALREADY!  GET A LIFE!
