Told me I had a payday loan from Payday USA.  Told me they could use a settlement scheme.  He said "Scheme" so that was my first clue.

They have my SSN and DOB but refused to provide information on the debt, other than it was a loan.  When I advised him I did not owe that money, he said he would take legal action since I refused to give him an answer.

Unlike the others that call with that same line of fake script, he was at least not rude.
