Very weird times of calling and quite often saying my phone number was pulled at "random" any other information out there?

I finally answered, because they called with another number yesterday at 7:00 pm . They said from mass dept of public heath hmmmm 'Maine research" wanted to know if they can ask a few questions. I told them I want to , but they got a work phone, and boss wont let me stay on the line

They called me and it picked up and sounded like someone was trying to hang on to the phone it's quite scary
