It was a robo survey.  The computer voice sounded like it was in the bottom of a pickle barrel so it was difficult to understand what they were saying.  It appears that it was a survey about a ballot initiative(s) about financing elections.  The survey was being conducted by what sounded like TCL Research  and was being done for Mainers for Accountable Elections.  They had a bunch of questions about whether I was going to vote and how strongly I felt about different subjects around the election financing.  Since I had some time I just pressed numbers that weren't one of the options.  It would have been more fun if it was a live(?) person doing the survey but skewing their statistics with wrong or non-answers works as well.

we must have gotten the same call but didn't answer today at 1:45 pm on 8-8-15

I knew on a Sunday afternoon not to answer from an unknown number so I let the machine get it and they hung up.

For about 4 months now I have been getting frequent calls from this number. I use my answering machine to screen my calls so when it goes to message this caller hangs up leaving no message. Arrrruuughhhh, just got another call at 8:45 pm...what a nuisance!

Keeps calling between 8:30 and 8:45.  Annoying!
