This phone number was on my caller id when I arrived home from work. When entering the number online this page came up with a message to report this number. I have not received any more calls from this number since.

Received a call on my personal cell phone. No message. Called the number back after researching. Someone picked up and said they received an applicaton for auto insurance. False. I said to her "I haven't submitted a request for a quote for auto insurance in years.". Her response was "It appears you are calling us back on a different number so I do not have any of your information." I asked why she was calling me for a false claim that I had submitted for an insurance quote and car financing, as I have had my same insurance carrier for years and have outright owned my car for 4 years now. No response. Hung Up, Definite Telemarketer.

looking for my address

Called me twice in succession, no answer when I said hello.  I called the number back and got a very snippy woman who told me she had my info and request for a local car insurance quote.  I told her I didn't live in Maine, she said "No, you live in .......".  I said "I don't need a car insurance quote for Maine".  She said "Well, I'm not calling from Maine".  I said, "Your number is a Maine area code and the number shows up as Augusta, Maine".  She said, "I never said I was calling from Maine...." and then without putting in a breath launched into this big spiel about car insurance quote and I had to yell to get her attention.  I yelled "HEY!" And she then yelled "WHAT?" I repeated that I didn't need any car insurance, thank you.  She gave a huffy little sigh and hung up on me.  

Something fishy there.

Got a call from this number when I answered no response when I called back music played for a couple minutes and that was it??!'
