When I answered it was a recording stating this was my last chance to lower my credit card interest rate.  I held for an operator who asked for my phone number and name.  I asked her what credit card she was calling about and she started listing off all of the major companies.  She then asked me what my average credit card debt was.  I asked her if she was calling from my actual credit card company and then she hung up.

It's an automatic call say our intrust rate was about to go up. Press 1 to change your rate. When you press 1 it ask for your info. If they know our rate is going up, why do they need my info. I called the phone number back and A man answered saying "Soils Incorpated" He said he know nothing about the phone call that I received.
