this person keeps calling here and i have already told them they have the wrong number and they keep on calling.

Calls and a recorded message says "This is an important call regarding your visa account". You can then press 2 to remove your number from their list. Obviously a telemarketing call.

The Company says they are "FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR VISA AND MASTERCARD" in ATLANTA
A recording calls me in the morning sometimes twice a day saying that it’s Heater from ACCOUNT SERVICES.  I asked her a few times where they are and she said Atlanta.

A recording keeps calling saying they can lower my interest on all my cards.
I’ve been called about 10 times.  The caller id gives me a few different numbers which are fake.

I stayed on the phone 14 minutes with Gloria.  The only way to speak to them is to press a number when the recording tells you.  This number is not in service.

She refused to give me a phone number, fax number, website, and email address.  She said I must be approved for their program which seems to be debt management.
She kept asking me for my total debt and wanted a credit card number to verify my debt and wanted to run a credit report.  She said if I gave her all the personal info and was approved—then I would be given their website and email.

I have tried everything to get their identity; which means giving them a valid credit card number.
I told them I would fax or email the info and she said I must give it to her on the phone.
She said she couldn’t give me the website since they have many and don’t know which program I qualify for.

The noise in the background tells me it is a large boiler room.   I heard about 10 people in the back on telephones.  They are collecting credit card numbers.

sounds more like a scam to me

I just got a a call too.  The number on the caller ID was 4420774927473.  Way too many numbers and I did not answer it, no message was left.  Good thing.
