I got the same call. Pre-recorded, something about lowering my interest rates. Do they think I'm stupid?

I am on the national registry for do not call, and I've been on on it for almost 5 years.
This number called me tonight ( 207-459-8378 ).
I held to talk to their operator. This operator had the people skills and the smarts of a box of hair. All they would give me is a first name "Nicky", then hung up on me.
