Get a call @ my residence with CID of 207-412-1069 with a pre-recorded message (that's illegal) offering to "lower my credit card rates".  I punched to code to see who these idiots were;  possibly a card I have.  They don't represent any card I have, identified themselves as "consumer services", but hung up when I asked where they were located and whom they were hired by.  I'm of course on the national "do not call" list.  I'd like to find their office and beat someone's f****g skull in.

I completely agree.  I just got a call from the same number and didn't answer.  The national do not call list is for the US i think... and cuz it's an England number i'm not sure if it works, that is unless you are in England and they have a list too.    I'm on the list too and most of the calls have stopped.

11:02 got a call from 207-412-1069.  Did not answer because I did not know the number.  After reading the material here I called back and it said the number is not in service.  If it is not a working number how did they call me?  I am also on the do not call list.

I asked which card services and what is name of your company...... Answer "Dial Group".
My reply was remove me from your calling list and I am reporting your phone number to Do Not Call Registry. Caller hung up! Almost all of these type of calls come on Tuesday or Thursday and have their company name blocked.

call from called ID 307-412-1069 i only listened for about 10 seconds and i hung up, but it was something about lowering my credit cards to 6% or something.. will also file a complaint with the better business bureau of maine, at http://www.bosbbb.org/services/complaints.asp

i called back and same as was reported here - number has been disconnected.
