Found a missed call from this number at 1:45pm.. They didn't leave a voicemail, I will not call a number I don't know back unless a voicemail is left!

Somebody must have a new cell phone and is playing around. One "ringy dingy" and "That's all folks!". Sooner or later I'm going to have an encyclopedia of blocked calls.
