How do you know this number is associated with that medical company? When I answer these calls, there is no speaker - repeatedly. This source http://2073313201.phone.searchwww.com/ says the number is a Portland company called Bandwidth.com and the page has ads for ADT Security. There appear to me to be numerous such nuisance callers nationwide now-a-days. I will refrain from speculating here on the motive for such technology.
