Received a call this morning.

This is someone calling saying they are the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against you.  When I called back and asked which department of the IRS and for a 800 number directed to their department he hung up on me.

Called me at 443 am this morning. Scared the sh** out of me. Hung up.

These ba$tard$ called me between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday with a recorded message telling me to call back during regular hours.  This is the epitomy of criminal harassment!  I hope they're also calling our politicians!  By the way, I took the phone off the hook Saturday night before bedtime, and I'll probably do that for a few more nights.
