who is this and why did they call me???

When i called the number it wasnt a working number, even though it call minutes prior... Hmmmm!

I received various calls from this number, but there seemed to be no one at the other side. Then I was called again by this number, and it was my husband who had been trying to reach me from overseas with his US cell phone. Not sure why his own number wouldn't show in the display though, because normally it always would.

I just got a call from this number and didn't answer the first time, but my wife picked up when it immediatley rang again.  It was our daughter calling on her cell phone from London, but when I googled it, it came out as a lower interest rate scam.  What's up  with this?  Why didn't it show up as a regular overseas call does?

Received call asserting some legal case against me, giving me a case number, saying they were calling from my state and then transferring me to his supervisor.  This person said some "ooh scary" legal actions and said he was calling from the state capital and I was being sued for some transaction with Quick Cash Advance or something like that that I supposedly said I would borrow/pay. The "Supervisor" then read the "serious allegations against me". When I said I didn't know what they were talking about they asked me if I wanted them to take it to the courthouse. I suggested they send me some legal documentation and if they wanted to take it to the courthouse that was fine.  They sounded rather non-plussed. I never heard of them or the supposed cash company.
