"Hello, this call is officially your final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Service.  The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS has filed a lawsuit against you.  To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 2089737888.  Thank you."
Caller: FEMALE VOICE

On 10/22/15,  My parents got the exact same message on their answering machine.  They have called ID that comes up on their cable TV.  If they don't know the number they don't answer it.  If something is important the caller will leave a message.  They did nothing with the call or message, but called me.   I heard the message and just started laughing.  It was the phoniest message I have ever heard for a number of reasons.  I told them it is a scam and just erase it.  I then went to the computer and Googled the number.   The list that came up was the usual for scammers.

They called and claimed that they were suing me for back taxes but i'm on ssi so i don't file

Got a computer call telling it was my final notice and to call this number or I would have a law suit. I called back knowing it was scam  and the guy sounded Indian with a lot noise in the back round and ask me if I had lawyer and read me the charges that I faced u can tell he reading off a paper he than said why didn't I pay them and if I don't pay them today I will go to jail and and the cops will be at my door scammers, after listen more he wanted to drive to the bank while he stayed on hold on my cell phone so he can tell me where to send it to and I couldn't tell no 1 about it wow this scammers will try very to make peopled afraid and if they no u are scared they will try press u for that money Google IRS phone scams always report them call your bank phone company so others will not get scammed . Beware this is not the IRS

I got the same message waiting for me today when I got out of work it rang like 6 times you could tell it was a landline and they answered IRS can I help you I said I got a fake phone call from this number hold on I look up your information she was Asian and I said how are you going to look up my information you don't even know my name hold on I need to look up your information I said but you don't even know my name she said are you law enforcement I said no and she hung up on me so I have now call the phone number back until they put it back on the hook and it has been ringing 432 minutes right now
