This is a robo call from a debt collector's "secretary" asking me to call Connie Moyer. The voice said I owe them money and to call some 800 number. The voice this scam company used has a very Black, southern accent. It doesn't change the fact that this is still a scam/spam call.
For the love of God, do NOT call dear Connie back! Hee Haw tole you so! Don't make me axe you twice.
