Someone from this # has been calling my cell phone several times a week-when I pick up, a recording says "A representative will be with you shortly". But when the person comes on the line, he just says, "hello", and when I ask what he is calling about,he hangs up. They have never once left a voice mail message explaining what they are calling about, or asked for me by name.

never leave a message,  you get a recording  if you call back
HRRG,, debt collection, has several company names and numbers, check with  your states licensed business  registration to make sure they can operate in your state

Yeah I keep getting caled by the same number and they never leave a message. If people don't leave messages I don't call back.

I tried to call the number back and get told the check the number the number is invalid.

These people have called a lot and have NEVER left a message. Sometimes they call more than once a day.
