This number keeps calling me. When I answer, they hang up.

Didn't even realize the phone rang. First call. Voice-mail.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

It's a scam theses illegals are saying they are from the US federal grants wanting to give you 9k. If you ask to speak to a manager they refuse. I'm on the do not call list but I still get calls from them. & if I don't answer they call all day every day. It needs to stop

Digital dial that goes over to what sounds like foreign call center when answered
