This happened to me about 1 week ago I answered the phone and the lady with a heavy accent answered it (Indian or Pakastani)? You won 10,000 dollars from the grants department and I asked her if she could send me a check? She said no then I knew IT WAS A SCAM. But first of all she gives you a confirmation code to write down and then a phone number to call back. I think if you really won that type of money they could send you a check. And take out all the fees that are needed out. Also it says on the phone number Unavailable so people please be careful.

Sorry folks the phone number is actually 2069239340. But shows up as unavailable.
