Obviously spoofed number... scam. If you dialed this number without the area code you would be connected to 911, so very likely this number is not even possible...

I started getting these kinds of calls occasionally after posting on Craigslist. Now I use a google voice number for that :)

They did the same thing for me. I don't answer ant numbers that I do not recognize. It is annoying, though.
