Someone claim to be irs called my cell phone talking about I'm being law suit

I received first phone call yesterday. Was not home so the person left message on machine cussing saying oh these ** then they hung up. I got phone same call today same time and number from 315-750-4711, Saying the government chose me as a citizen to give me 7000.00 in a grant LMAO... Then the person identified himself in a heavy seemed middle eastern accent as Adam **. HAHA!!

Adam gave me a code of MG237 and said I must call this following number to verify **. He asked if I was employed or unemployed etc. I told him, "I am retired." He said, "That's great!". Then asked if I was married making small talk with me. I asked him if he was finished. He said, "Excuse me". I then told him I am a retired federal employee and that I have recorded his call and that he better high tail it out of there because we will be coming for him. And then I hung up. Sadly someone is going to fall for this scam. Otherwise they would not do it unless it worked.

Received a call from this number saying they were the State Health Department. I asked them what state, they replied "Arizona" I then asked why they were calling from Des Moines, Iowa. At which point they hung up.

I do not want.this phone nunber calling me it says they are the state health department and then screams go on in the back round and it hangs up . When i try to call back it says it isnt a working number .
