Called my cell phone (which I never give to anyone other than very close personal friends, so not sure how they got the number).  I did not answer because I didn't recognize the number, and no message was left.  I have blocked it now, so that ends that.  But I did call the number back and it said Van Ru Credit -- Educational Division.  Uh, WHAT?

This is a local # for Seattle area. It is the [***] weasels from Van Ru Credit (collection agency). If you live in Seattle and this # comes up on your phone, don't answer.
