I receive calls from this number at least 4 times per week. They never leave a message....nothing. Caller ID showed: Bainbridge I WA and number.

Calls atleast once a week, if not more. Answered it today, said they were calling in behalf of Special Olympics.

Called my house phone number and started explaining to me that they were calling on behalf of donations for the Special Olympics. Yet he said we do things a little bit differently and we don't ask you for any donations at all. Then he went on to say that if I wanted to I could donate $50 and I then would recieve a subscription to a magazine in the mail within the next 2-6 weeks.

Yep it is the Special Olympics however they do not contribute over 40% of their profits to the cause so I am on their do not call list and reported them calling and hanging up on me when I answer since I only pay charities that actually use the money for the pupose not the admin and call staff.
