My daughter received a call from this number telling her she was entitled to a government education grant for 2000.00.  she just needed to go to the Check Mart at Winco in Bellingham, WA and send a 300.00 money order.  Not sure where she was supposed to send it.  They gave her a reference number and something about Reserve Bank of New York.  fortunately she called me before she acted on it.  I called the  number and a man answered.  when I asked him about the call she received he was very upset and would give me no information.  He kept asking my daughters name and then he finally hung up.
