I have been receiving calls from this number every day. I called back and some man with a middle eastern accent answered with a "hello." I asked him what kind of company it was and he said a payday loan company. I asked him if he could put my number on  the do not call list and he said "yes, I'll put it down" and hung up.

I spoke to a guy from this number who told me his name was Levi with "Warrenty Solutions."  When I asked to speak to his manager he said he was a supervisor and asked if he could help me.  I told him this was the second call I had gotten from his company that day and at least the third time I has asked to be placed on their do-not-call list.  I told him my next call would be to the better business bureau.  I don't think there's anything they can actually do for me but hopefully this will scare the person into actually removing my number.
I am not able to report the call to the Nation Do Not Call Registry because my number has not yet been registered with them for 31 days.  If they call again after 31 days I will have recourse and I will use it.

I don't know how they got my cell number but the next time they call I have a surprise for them.
