I got a call at 9 PM tonight stating if I didn't give a call back I would have an arrest warrant as well.

Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. The voicemail was an automated voice (synthesized) telling me the IRS had flagged my ssn for a crime but didn't tell me what it was. Only that an arrest warrant would be issued by the end of the day if I didn't respond.
