This is the fake IRS agent scam. They call with all sorts of dire threats then when you call back claim you owe thousands in back taxes and the only way to avoid arrest and jail is to pay them today with an untraceable payment method. That is how they make money with this scam and since they are operating overseas, are very hard to apprehend and prosecute. Report to the real IRS here:

Getting repeated call on my cell from this number.  They left a message saying I would be arrested within the hour if I did not call back.. Obviously a scam, and I can't believe anyone would be dumb enough to fall for it, but wanted to report the number.  Have blocked the caller.

Same as previous comment.  Jail and all.  Could not understand part of message it was not an actual person, computer generated voice.
