Call twice a day for a month no voicemail and don't talk when i answer

Answered... amd person asked for someone who wasnt me... but still keeps calling... dont answrt

Hung up when I answered.

It' s a hang up call every time I answer. The call comes in at the end of the month over the last 3 months. I call the number back and it just says to leave a detailed message and clear phone number. I just hang up.  If this number comes up on my caller again I'm not answering it. It's such a nuisance.
