number calls a lot

Phone calls everyday. Now calling my sister  with threats. I have no idea what he wants.

Recorded message: "If you would like to be removed from our calling list, press 9..." I hung up and added to blocked numbers.

Called four times in a row around 8pm on July 5th.  Left four blank voice mail messages with no background noise.  (Probably a machine.)

Called twice in a row this morning (July 6). Didn't leave a message. If it's happened to others it must be spam. Political? Request for money? Beats me. If the calling continues, I'll block the number.
