Saying they are IRS threatening suit against me

Yep.  They're a scam.  I called them back and told them I was the Department of Justice and I was reporting them.  I asked the guy who got my call who and where he was.  He said, do you think I'm stupid.  I reported them to the do not call registry and filled out a form to the department of treasury.  I encourage everyone else who has read this much of this site to do the same.  It only takes a few minutes and the more reports, the more likely they would be investigated and shut down

Got a call from this number. Called back and spoke to Kevin Kite, he told me he was going to read something and don't speak until he was done. I said to myself he is rule and I kind of snickered. He read is statement. Told me I owed taxes, he could not give me the year. He also said the the IRS, was going to take any property I have and put a lien on my bank accounts. I never owed taxes, always got a refund, and waiting for one now, which I didn't tell him that. He also said if I didn't give him the money right then over the phone, that the police was going to be at my house in 10 minutes, and hand cuff me.  I told him that I was going to call my lawyer. I am still waiting for the police. He said he was from IRS
