I got the same call. When I called them back he just started in with the Irs has filed a lawsuit.l gave him my attorney phone number he hung up.

I recieved this call this morning but my security app said it was ADs so it was sent to voicemail. The message was cut off so I checked online about it and was glad I did.

I got a message on my cell who that stated:
This call is to notify you that the IRS is filing a law suit against you. For more information on this case call our office immediately at 206-775-8281
