I've had 4 calls from this number on my cellphone and no ones speaks. I have blocked the caller now.

Weird - from the Caller ID, it's some kind of survey or such but the weird abbreviated CID gets a bunch of hits on Google, all linking to different numbers. Gonna need whitelist blockers soon...
