I just received the call about the $7000.00 government grant. Is this a scam. They did not ask for any banking information.

Man with heavy accent called and couldn't pronounce my name. I asked who was calling and he said something about a government grant. I told him he had the wrong number. He then said well who the F--- is this and hung up.
Jerk scammers.

Received call: Federal Grand jury...criminal offense call back to speak to a federal agent. US Departments especially law enforcement would state which branch to call. No federal agency would speak like this. Just another attempt by scam junkie. Heavy accent.
