Emily has been able to get through to me 3 times, she starts with a pause and when you say hello for the 2nd time she says, oh hello; I was having trouble with my headset (first clue to hang up) almost sounds like a recording because i tried to interrupt her several times and quite loud she never paused or took a breath.  I just hang up, have blocked her number but of course she has a lot of numbers.

This person keeps calling, using various 206, 360 phone numbers w the same, "oh hell there" message after a big pause when you answer. Give it up lady!
