I called it back and automated voice said I'd reached the Education Consultation and to wait for a representative or press 2 to have my number removed from their call list.

206-673-5396...calls my cell phone repeatedly 7 days a week! I do not answer numbers that I do not recognize. After doing a reverse lookup I am happy to continue rejecting the calls.
