Avalara sales call follow up. I downloaded their document. Apparently, to do so you had to leave your number. Won't make that mistake again.

Service agent from Avalara (taxrates.com). Was really happy to get their call as they were reaching out to let me know about some services they have. They apparently partner with QuickBooks and Magento (2 of our integrated business programs) and can automate the sales tax, including tax holidays, local taxes (stadium tax etc) or other variations. This is huge from my end as I'm in charge of finance and sales tax/sales tax law is massive. Some people may consider this telemarketing/spam, but personally I'm thrilled as it's going to save me hours of work and my coworkers tons of time and effort programming it into our online sales site.

I'm glad for you if this is the truth (we all can use Moar! Helpful! Things!™), but it definitely reads SHILL to me.
